No delivery fee - $120 relocation fee
- Up to 5 tons, $45/ton for overage. Dumpsters in excess of 10 tons will be charged $90/ton on the amount over 10. Please try to avoid overloading. 
- Residential customers will be required to pay upfront for the cost of the dumpster, plus 7% tax, where applicable. Any overages will be invoiced separately. Dumpsters that are kept longer than 7 business days will be assessed an $8/day additional cost without prior approval.
- Dumpsters rented in Iowa require an additional 7% tax added to the fee unless tax-exempt certificate is provided.
- Special pricing can be negotiated for longer projects.
- No hazardous waste is allowed. loads may be turned away or incur additional charges from the landfill, which will be passed on. Please refer to the Waste Management website in your area for acceptable waste.
NOTE: Not all materials have the same weight. A load of insulation will weigh less than a load of dirt or bricks. Do not fill dumpster to the top. 
NOTE: If you call to have a dumpster picked up and it is not ready and a return trip is necessary, a $120 charge will be added for the trip.
